Bolo Fitness: Brand and Digital Experience Design

My design work for Bolo Fitness focused on redefining what personal training means in a small-town setting — making fitness feel empowering, personal, and sustainable. Built around the philosophy that “strength starts with mindset,” the project combined motivational energy with a clean, high-impact visual identity that reflected both intensity and approachability.

 

From a strategic perspective, the brand needed to balance discipline with accessibility — appealing to seasoned athletes while welcoming beginners looking to transform their health. The visual system leaned into bold contrast and dynamic movement, using strong typographic hierarchy and rhythmic line patterns inspired by the flow of strength training. The logo symbolises progression and balance — mirroring the Bolo methodology’s fusion of mental resilience and physical strength.

 

The website experience was designed with conversion and usability in mind: a mobile-first, streamlined interface that makes it effortless to learn about the Bolo Training System, explore fitness packages, and connect with trainer Cleve Williams. Key features included tailored programme overviews, a visual exercise library, and seamless contact integration — all supported by a clear, motivating narrative that reinforces Cleve’s role as both coach and partner in transformation.

 

The result is a cohesive digital identity that moves with purpose — energising users to take the first step toward their goals, while visually communicating that every rep, every session, and every choice is part of becoming stronger — inside and out.
